La plupart des familles du monde en d\u00e9veloppement ont vu leurs revenus diminuer ou dispara\u00eetre en raison de la crise. Par rapport \u00e0 fin 2019, les ratios d&#8217;endettement moyens pour 2021 devraient augmenter de 10% du PIB dans les \u00e9conomies de march\u00e9 \u00e9mergentes et d&#8217;environ 7% dans les pays \u00e0 faible revenu (\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.imf.org\/2020\/10\/01\/reform-of-the-international-debt-architecture-is-urgently-needed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/blogs.imf.org\/2020\/10\/01\/reform-of-the-international-debt-architecture-is-urgently-needed\/<\/a>\u00a0). Ces augmentations s&#8217;ajoutent \u00e0 des niveaux d&#8217;endettement d\u00e9j\u00e0 historiquement \u00e9lev\u00e9s, et entra\u00eeneront des r\u00e9ductions des salaires et des emplois, un climat d&#8217;investissement n\u00e9gatif et une r\u00e9duction de la demande de produits et prestations de service. La crise exacerbe les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s existantes: les femmes sont deux fois plus susceptibles d&#8217;avoir perdu leur emploi que les hommes (https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?time_continue=263&amp;v=GpQIyX8jj-s&amp;feature=emb_title). Cela signifie promouvoir des <a href=\"\/_sys\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/GPS-EconomicOpportunityForAll-fr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1069 classtoolTips5'>strat\u00e9gies de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique<\/span><\/a> efficaces, telles que celles propos\u00e9es par le Partenariat pour l&#8217;inclusion \u00e9conomique et veiller \u00e0 ce que le gouvernement canadien fournisse un soutien ad\u00e9quat.
