Bien s\u00fbr, le virus a tu\u00e9 des centaines de milliers de personnes (l&#8217;Inde, la Bolivie et l&#8217;Afrique du Sud n\u2019en sont que trois exemples clairs), mais le confinement a \u00e9galement perturb\u00e9 des programmes essentiels: selon le M\u00e9canisme de financement mondial h\u00e9berg\u00e9 \u00e0 la Banque mondiale, des donn\u00e9es de Somalie, du Mali et Le Lib\u00e9ria affichent jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 40% de r\u00e9duction en avril-juin 2020 dans les services de sant\u00e9 essentiels tels que <span class='tooltipsall tooltip_post_id_1052 classtoolTips29'>la vaccination<\/span> des enfants, les soins pr\u00e9natals et l&#8217;accouchement sous supervision m\u00e9dicale. L&#8217;impact humain est particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e9v\u00e8re en ce qui concerne d&#8217;autres pand\u00e9mies comme\u00a0<b>le SIDA, la tuberculose et le paludisme<\/b>;\u00a0<b>l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux vaccins<\/b>; et une\u00a0n<b>utrition<\/b>\u00a0ad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\tLa pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 de la sant\u00e9 est une des principales manifestations de la pauvret\u00e9.\n\nUne mauvaise sant\u00e9 perp\u00e9tue la pauvret\u00e9 de nombreuses mani\u00e8res: les parents d&#8217;enfants malades ne peuvent pas gagner de l&#8217;argent de mani\u00e8re fiable; la tuberculose, principale cause de mortalit\u00e9 infectieuse, touche principalement les adultes ayant des responsabilit\u00e9s familiales; les travailleurs sous-aliment\u00e9s ne sont pas productifs.\n\nIl existe des interventions sp\u00e9cifiques efficaces et abordables qui peuvent r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 les plus importants et qui ont notamment contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 la
